أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا شُرَيْحٍ الْكَعْبِيَّ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" أَلَا إِنَّكُمْ مَعْشَرَ خُزَاعَةَ قَتَلْتُمْ هَذَا الْقَتِيلَ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ وَإِنِّي عَاقِلُهُ، فَمَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ بَعْدَ مَقَالَتِي هَذِهِ قَتِيلٌ فَأَهْلُهُ بَيْنَ خِيَرَتَيْنِ؛ بَيْنَ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوا الْعَقْلَ، وَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوا
