وَقَدْ رُوِيَ ) عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ. ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ التَّمَّارُ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدِهِ
