قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي التَّرْجَمَةِ يُذْكَرُ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ: تُقَادُ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ فِي كُلِّ عَمْدٍ يَبْلُغُ نَفْسَهُ فَمَا دُونَهَا مِنَ الْجِرَاحِ وَبِهِ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَأَبُو الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَصْحَابِهِ. قَالَ:
وَجَرَحَتْ أُخْتُ الرُّبَيِّعِ إِنْسَانًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " الْقِصَاصُ
