( قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا ) عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
الرَّجُلُ يُقْتَلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا قَتَلَهَا قَالَ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ -: وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ
