أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ:

قَالَ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ -: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى الْآيَةَ كُلَّهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ الْآيَةَ كُلَّهَا. قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ أُقِيدَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ وَفِيمَا يُعَمَّدُ مِنَ الْجِرَاحِ
