أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ:
أَنَّ الرُّبَيِّعَ بِنْتَ النَّضْرِ كَسَرَتْ ثَنِيَّةَ جَارِيَةٍ، فَعَرَضُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَرْشَ فَأَبَوْا، وَعَرَضُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْعَفْوَ فَأَبَوْا، فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَ بِالْقِصَاصِ، فَجَاءَ أَخُوهَا أَنَسُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَتُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّةُ الرُّبَيِّعِ! لَا وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَا تُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّتُهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " يَا أَنَسُ، كِتَابُ اللهِ الْقِصَاصُ ". قَالَ: فَرَضِيَ الْقَوْمُ فَعَفَوْا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ
