( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ، نَا سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، نَا قُدَامَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّ قَبِيصَةَ بْنَ ذُؤَيْبٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ:

أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ أَنْكَرَ وَلَدَ امْرَأَتِهِ وَهُوَ فِي بَطْنِهَا ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَ بِهِ وَهُوَ فِي بَطْنِهَا حَتَّى إِذَا وُلِدَ أَنْكَرَهُ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَجُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً لِفِرْيَتِهِ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ أَلْحَقَ بِهِ وَلَدَهَا
