أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ: الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ زَنْجُوَيْهِ، نَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، نَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّهُ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ أَنَّ الطَّلَاقَ الثَّلَاثَ بِمَرَّةٍ مَكْرُوهٌ فَقَالَ: طَلَّقَ حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ بِكَلِمَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ، وَطَلَّقَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يَعِبْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ
