وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ: إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الْأَخْرَمِ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا مُسَدَّدٌ، نَا يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي الْقَاسِمُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا كَمَا ذَاقَ الْأَوَّلُ
