وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ الشَّرْقِيُّ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:

طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً وَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ عِنْدَ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ
