أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ عُمَرُ ؓ عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُ بَعْدُ أَوْ يُمْسِكُ
