وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نَا الْيَمَانُ أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ وَخَارِجَةُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ فَأَمَّا خَارِجَةُ فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَأَمَّا الْيَمَانُ فَحَدَّثَنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْسٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِصَالٍ، وَلَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ احْتِلَامٍ، وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ
