( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ وَعُبَيْدٌ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ هُوَ الزَّوْجُ
