( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِلَّا أَنْ تَعْفُوَ الْمَرْأَةُ فَتَدَعَ نِصْفَ صَدَاقِهَا، أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الزَّوْجُ فَيُكْمِلَ لَهَا صَدَاقَهَا
