( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ السَّرَّاجُ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ - ؓ:

إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَبِهَا جُنُونٌ أَوْ جُذَامٌ أَوْ بَرَصٌ أَوْ قَرْنٌ، فَإِنْ كَانَ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَسِّهِ إِيَّاهَا، وَهُوَ لَهُ عَلَى الْوَلِيِّ
