( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَضَى: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ وَبِهَا شَيْءٌ مِنْ هَذَا الدَّاءِ، فَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ حَتَّى مَسَّهَا، فَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، وَيَغْرَمُ وَلِيُّهَا لِزَوْجِهَا مِثْلَ مَهْرِهَا
