( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، ثَنَا لَيْثٌ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ، وَتُنْكَحُ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ، وَمَنْ وَجَدَ صَدَاقَ حُرَّةٍ فَلَا يَنْكِحَنَّ أَمَةً أَبَدًا
