( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ السَّوَّاقُ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ غَالِبٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

إِذَا تُزُوِّجَتِ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ قَسَمَ لَهَا يَوْمَيْنِ وَلِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمًا، إِنَّ الْأَمَةَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهَا أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ
