( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَابْنَ عُمَرَ - ؓ
سُئِلَا عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ امْرَأَةٌ حُرَّةٌ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ عَلَيْهَا أَمَةً، فَكَرِهَا لَهُ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا
