وَأَمَّا الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ - ؓ:

أَنَّهُ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ فِي النِّكَاحِ
