أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا رَوْحٌ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ:

جَمَعَتِ الطَّرِيقُ رَكْبًا، فَجَعَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ - ثَيِّبٌ - أَمْرَهَا بِيَدِ رَجُلٍ غَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ، فَأَنْكَحَهَا، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ - ؓ، فَجَلَدَ النَّاكِحَ وَالْمُنْكِحَ، وَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا
