أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ رَوْحُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو التَّمِيمِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَعْلَى الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ
