( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَوْذَبٍ الْمُقْرِي، بِوَاسِطٍ، ثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِي، قَالَ:

أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ أَسْأَلُهَا عَنِ الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ فَقَالَتِ: ايتِ عَلِيًّا، فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ كَانَ يُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ. فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّا نَكُونُ فِي أَرْضٍ بَارِدَةٍ وَثُلُوجٍ كَثِيرَةٍ فَمَا تَرَى فِي الْخُفَّيْنِ ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ، وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ، يَمْسَحُ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ إِذَا أَدْخَلَهُمَا وَقَدَمَاهُ طَاهِرَتَانِ
