( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْوَرَّاقُ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي يَعْلَى، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ إِلَّا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، أَوْ يَكُونُ لَكَ جَارٌ مِسْكِينٌ فَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ، فَيُهْدِي لَكَ
