( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ حَمْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قُرَّةَ، قَالَ:
جَاءَنَا كِتَابُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ - ؓ: أَنَّ أُنَاسًا يَأْخُذُونَ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ لِيُجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، ثُمَّ يُخَالِفُونَ وَلَا يُجَاهِدُونَ، فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ، فَنَحْنُ أَحَقُّ بِمَالِهِ حَتَّى نَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ مَا أَخَذَ، قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ: فَقُمْتُ إِلَى أُسَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، فَقُلْتُ: أَلَا تَرَى إِلَى مَا
