( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ، ثَنَا الْمُقْرِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نَا عُقَيْلٌ وَيُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ؛ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

مَنْ حَمَلَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي دَيْنًا وَجَهِدَ فِي قَضَائِهِ، فَمَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَهُ، فَأَنَا وَلِيُّهُ
