( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَنْبَأَ حَرَامُ بْنُ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ:
رَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ شَادًّا حِقْوَهُ بِعِقَالٍ وَهُوَ يُمَارِسُ شَيْئًا مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ، قَالَ مَنْصُورٌ: حِفْظِي: إِنَّهُ كَانَ يَبِيعُهَا فِيمَنْ يَزِيدُ، كُلَّمَا بَاعَ بَعِيرًا مِنْهَا، شَدَّ حِقْوَهُ بِعِقَالِهِ، ثُمَّ تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا - يَعْنِي: بِتِلْكَ الْعِقَالِ
