أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُجَيْرٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ قِيلَ لَهُ: كَيْفَ تَأْمُرُ بِالْعُمْرَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَجِّ، وَاللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: كَيْفَ تَقْرَءُونَ، الدَّيْنَ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ أَوِ الْوَصِيَّةُ قَبْلَ الدَّيْنِ ؟ قَالَ: الْوَصِيَّةُ قَبْلَ الدَّيْنِ، قَالَ: فَبِأَيِّهِمَا تَبْدَءُونَ ؟ قَالُوا: بِالدَّيْنِ، قَالَ: فَهُوَ ذَلِكَ
