أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
أَنَّهُمَا سُئِلَا عَنْ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ، وَوَلَدِ الزِّنَا مَنْ يَرِثُهُ ؟ فَقَالَا: تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ حَقَّهَا، وَإِخْوَتُهُ مِنْ أُمِّهِ حُقُوقَهُمْ، وَيَرِثُ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ مَالِهِ مَوَالِي أُمِّهِ، إِنْ كَانَتْ مَوْلَاةً، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَرَبِيَّةً، وَرِثَتْ حَقَّهَا، وَوَرِثَ إِخْوَتُهُ مِنْ أُمِّهِ حُقُوقَهُمْ، وَوَرِثَ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ مَالِهِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ
