أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ

أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ مِيرَاثَهُ كُلَّهُ لِأُمِّهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ لَهُ أُمٌّ، كَانَ لِعَصَبَتِهَا، قَالَ: وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ؓ يَقُولَانِ: لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَبَقِيَّتُهُ فِي بَيْتِ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ. وَلَدُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ
