أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَنَا يَزِيدُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - ؓ
قَالَا فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرَكَ أَخَاهُ وَأُمَّهُ: لِلْأَخِ الثُّلُثُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ. وَقَالَ زَيْدٌ: لِلْأَخِ السُّدُسُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ
