أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنِ الْتَقَطَ لُقَطَةً فَلْيُعَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً، فَإِنْ جَاءَ رَبُّهَا، وَإِلَّا فَلْيَعْرِفْ عَدَدَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا ثُمَّ لِيَأْكُلْهَا، فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ
