وَبِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى رُوِيَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ اسْتَشَارَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِمَالِهِ الَّذِي بِثَمْغٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ: تَصَدَّقْ بِثَمَرِهِ، وَاحْبِسْ أَصْلَهُ، لَا يُبَاعُ، وَلَا يُورَثُ
