( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ:
إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَضَى أَنْ لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ
