أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَّ مَالِكًا أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ
