( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، قَالَ:
قَرَأْتُ كِتَابَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى: إِنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ سَأَلَنِي أَرْضًا عَلَى شَاطِئِ دِجْلَةَ، تَخْتَلِي فِيهَا خَيْلُهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَلَا يَجْرِي إِلَيْهَا مَاءُ الْجِزْيَةِ، فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهُ
