( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، قَالَ: يَأْكُلُ وَالِي الْيَتِيمِ مِنْ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ قُوتَهُ، وَيَلْبَسُ مِنْهُ مَا يَسْتُرُهُ، وَيَشْرَبُ فَضْلَ اللَّبَنِ، وَيَرْكَبُ فَضْلَ الظَّهْرِ، فَإِنْ أَيْسَرَ قَضَى، وَإِنْ أَعْسَرَ كَانَ فِي حِلٍّ
