أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّسَوِيُّ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ شَاكِرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ: أَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ يُخْبِرُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ بِيعَتْ وَقَدْ أُبِّرَتْ، وَلَمْ يُذْكَرِ الثَّمَرُ، فَالثَّمَرُ لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا، وَكَذَلِكَ الْعَبْدُ وَالْحَرْثُ، سَمَّى لَهُ نَافِعٌ هَؤُلَاءِ الثَّلَاثَةَ
