وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَنَا الْفَارَيَابِيُّ، يَعْنِي جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ هُوَ ابْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
