أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ قَالَ: قَرَأْنَا عَلَى مَعْقِلِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِتَمْرٍ فَقَالَ: " مَا هَذَا مِنْ تَمْرِنَا "، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بِعْنَا تَمْرَنَا صَاعَيْنِ بِصَاعٍ مِنْ هَذَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: ذَلِكَ الرِّبَا، رُدُّوهُ ثُمَّ بِيعُوا تَمْرَنَا، ثُمَّ اشْتَرُوا لَنَا مِنْ هَذَا
