( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ هِبَةُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الطَّبَرِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ الْحَافِظُ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ - بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْفَارِسِيُّ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ بِالتَّمْرِ، ثَمَرَ النَّخْلِ بِثَمَرِ النَّخْلِ، وَلَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
