حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ، حَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ وَلَدِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ؓ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنْ أَخَذْتُمُوهُ يَقْطَعُ مِنَ الشَّجَرِ شَيْئًا - يَعْنِي: شَجَرَ حَرَمِ الْمَدِينَةِ - فَلَكُمْ سَلَبُهُ؛ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُهَا، وَلَا يُقْطَعُ "، قَالَ: فَرَأَى سَعْدٌ غِلْمَانًا يَقْطَعُونَ، فَأَخَذَ مَتَاعَهُمْ، فَانْتَهَوْا إِلَى مَوَالِيهِمْ، فَأَخْبَرُوهُمْ أَنَّ سَعْدًا ؓ فَعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَأَتَوْهُ فَقَالُوا: يَا أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ، إِنَّ غِلْمَانَكَ - أَوْ مَوَالِيَكَ - أَخَذُوا مَتَاعَ غِلْمَانِنَا، قَالَ: بَلْ أَنَا أَخَذْتُهُ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ أَخَذْتُمُوهُ يَقْطَعُ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْحَرَمِ فَلَكُمْ سَلَبُهُ، وَلَكِنْ سَلُونِي مِنْ مَالِي مَا شِئْتُمْ
