( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ اللَّيْثِيَّ، وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يُخْبِرُ

أَنَّهُ أَهْدَى لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ بِالْأَبْوَاءِ أَوْ بِوَدَّانَ، وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الصَّعْبُ: فَلَمَّا عَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَدَّهُ هَدِيَّتِي فِي وَجْهِي قَالَ: لَيْسَ بِنَا رَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ؛ وَلَكِنَّا حُرُمٌ
