حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلًّا وَلِيتُهُ. قَالَ بَهْزٌ: وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلًّا فَإِلَيْنَا
