حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ذَوَّادٌ أَبُو الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

مَا هَجَّرْتُ إِلَّا وَجَدْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي قَالَ: فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ قَالَ: اشكنب درد ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لَا قَالَ: قُمْ فَصَلِّ فَإِنَّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ شِفَاءً

Translation

✧ I never went out in the early afternoon without finding the Prophet ﷺ praying. He said: He prayed, then said: 'Do you feel any pain?' I said: 'No.' He said: 'Get up and pray, for in prayer there is healing.'
