حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ بْنُ سَهْلٍأَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

أَسْرِعُوا بِالْجِنَازَةِ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ صَالِحَةً قَرَّبْتُمُوهَا إِلَى الْخَيْرِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ شَرٌّ تَضَعُونَهُ عَنْ رِقَابِكُمْ.
