حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ سَمِعْتُ ذَكْوَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

مَنْ ضَرَبَ غُلَامًا لَهُ حَدًّا لَمْ يَأْتِهِ أَوْ لَطَمَهُ، فَإِنَّ كَفَّارَتَهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ.
