قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَعْنٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَيِّعَانِ وَالسِّلْعَةُ كَمَا هِيَ فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ، أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ.

Translation

✧ When the two parties to a sale disagree while the goods are still as they are, the word is what the seller says, or they may return the goods.
