✧ Regarding Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, she said: "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to bed, he would place his right hand under his right cheek. His right hand was used for his food, purification, prayers, and clothing. As for his left hand, it was used for other purposes. He used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays."
