✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, how should I wash at purification? He said: Take a piece of perfumed cotton and perform wudu with it. She said: How do I perform wudu with it? He said: Perform wudu with it. She said: How do I perform wudu with it? Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ glorified Allah and turned away from her. Then he said: Perform wudu with it. 'A'ishah said: I understood what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ meant, so I took her, pulled her to me, and told her what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ intended.
